Viveros Guzmán Gift Card
General Terms of Use
1 . Card Issuer
The Gift Card is issued by VIVEROS GUZMÁN, S.L.U., tax ID B-29745411, registered address: C/ Joaquín Blume s/n, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga), Spain.
2. Validity Scope
The Gift Card may only be redeemed at the same Viveros Guzmán store where it was purchased. Authorized purchase and redemption locations:

Marbella (Málaga)
Carretera Nacional 340, km 183, 29603 Marbella, Málaga
Tenerife (Floracanaria)
Polígono Industrial Valle de Güímar, Parcela 21, 38509 Arafo, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
The card is not valid in any other locations or sales channels.
3. Balance and Loading
. It can be loaded with the desired amount at the time of purchase.
. The balance can be checked at the customer service point of the store where it was purchased.
. Partial use is permitted until the balance is exhausted.
. The card is not reloadable.
4. Eligible Products and Services
It may be used to purchase products and services offered directly by Viveros Guzmán, including plants, gardening, decoration, pottery, floristry, Christmas items, among others.
Not valid in the “Independent Commercial Spaces”, such as:
. Restaurant La Flor
. Ecoíno ecological store
5. Validity Period
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire and will not be refunded.
6. Legal Nature and Exclusions
. Not redeemable for cash.
. Does not constitute a regulated electronic payment method.
. In case of loss or theft, Viveros Guzmán is not responsible for the remaining balance.
7. Returns Policy
. Returns of products purchased with this card will be refunded preferably to the same card or through a new card.
. For defective products covered by legal warranty, the consumer may choose to receive the refund on the card or on the original payment method.
. Returns of plants are not accepted unless covered by legal warranty.
8. Purchases and Claims
. The receipt or proof of purchase must be kept.
. For claims: datos@viverosguzman.es or the customer service point of the issuing store.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Viveros Guzmán Privacy Policy available at www.viverosguzman.es, in compliance with GDPR.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Gift Card implies full acceptance of these conditions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Málaga, waiving any other jurisdiction.
